Fraternidad MUPRESPA HA PARTICIPADO EN EL MÁSTER EN DERECHO DE LAS NUEVAS TECNOLOGÍAS DE LA UNIVERSIDAD PABLO DE OLAVIDE DE SEVILLA

Last December 12 Fraternidad Muprespa has participated in the seminar “Electronic auctions” within the Master of Law in new technology technologies UPO(Pablo de Olavide University). The two conferences have been given by Ms. Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballel, professor of Commercial Law at the Carlos III University of Madrid, and Mr. Pedro Serrera Cobos, Deputy Director General of Information Systems at Mutua Fraternidad Muprespa.

The seminar was presented by Mr. Agustín Madrid Parra, Professor of Commercial Law at the UPO and Director of the Master's Degree.

The event was attended by Master's students and interested people. Electronic auctions are defined for the first time in the Public Sector Contracts Law 30/2007.

Fraternidad Muprespa,  considerada como “poder adjudicador” por la Ley de Contratos, viene impulsando la adopción de las nuevas tecnologías en los procedimientos de licitación definidos en dicha Ley.
