Fraternidad-Muprespa received recognition from Avilés City Council last Friday, June 9, for its collaboration in the “Enfoca Talento” program, aimed at mentoring to improve the employability of female graduates, a program that has been developed between November 2022 and June 2023. Maite Belver, Provincial Director of the Mutual Fund in Asturias, was in charge of receiving this accreditation diploma.

The opening of the event, held at the Niemeyer Center, was led by the Delegate Councilor for Training, Employment and Housing, Juan Carlos Guerrero, while María Calvo, president of the Federation of Asturian Companies (FADE) was in charge of closing the VII edition of this program, which has become a labor reference in Avilés and its surroundings, since it has achieved 80% employability.

Three women who have served as mentors in previous editions offered their testimonies on this day: Concha Uría, Commercial Director of Uría Engineering Instalaciones and mentor of the project; Claudia Baños, Human Resources Management technician at Windar Renovables, and Sandra Suárez, Management Assistant at the same company.

After the formal closing ceremony, a session was held to exchange experiences and opinions in which mentors from several editions were present as well as women participating in the program in previous editions.
