Fraternidad-Muprespa of Cáceres holds a webinar on RD-l 2/202
Fraternidad-Muprespa held an online conference on Monday the 15th in Cáceres on the latest news on the Cessation of Activity of RD-L 2/2021.
In the session,Jesus Velasco GarciayPedro Gómez Sánchez, technical advisor and responsible for Benefits of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Cáceres, have developed the Cessation of Activity benefits included in Royal Decree-Law 2/2021 of January 26 in its articles 5, 6 and 7.
Firstly, both have analyzed the requirements for the suspension of activity benefit of the article 5 of the aforementioned rule, for those self-employed workers who, as of February 1, 2021, are forced to suspend all their activities as a result of a resolution adopted by the competent authority as a measure to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
They have also explained the requirements of the benefit established in the article 6, aimed at those who cannot access the ordinary benefit of cessation of activity regulated in art. 327 et seq. of RD-Law 8/2015 (LGSS) nor the extraordinary benefit regulated in art. 7 of RD-Law 2/2021.
And finally, they have studied the benefit included in the article 7, for those self-employed workers who have a sufficient deficiency in the contingency of cessation of activity and intend to continue with their professional activity although they estimate a poor result in the first half of 2021.
The day ended with a question-and-answer session from the attendees, among whom were numerous employees of the Mutua.
