Fraternidad-Muprespa ORGANIZES A POSTURAL HYGIENE AND ERGONOMICS WORKSHOP IN ZARAGOZA

On March 14, the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security Fraternidad-Muprespa of Zaragoza, has held a workshop on “Postural Hygiene and Ergonomics” at its facilities, an informative and practical session, aimed at workers with tasks of caring for and mobilizing people with motor restrictions.

Mrs. Eva Ramón Arbués, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Zaragoza, presented the workshop and stressed the importance of Occupational Risk Prevention in companies.

The workshop has been taught by Mr. Javier Pueyo Otal, Deputy Territorial Care Coordinator of the Northeast zone, who explained some basic notions of anatomy and some stretching and strengthening exercises, as well as mobilization and postural hygiene techniques.
