Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a Balearic CGS conference on temporary disability benefits

Fraternidad-Muprespa participated this Tuesday in a Conference organized by the Illustrious College of Social Graduates of the Balearic Islands with the title "I.T. Benefit: delegated and direct payment. Domestic workers and temporary disability”.  The vice president of the College, Mercè García, welcomed all the attendees and participants and then gave the floor to Marian Sbert, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in the Balearic Islands. Sbert thanked the College for the collaboration between both entities and introduced the speaker, Catalina Ana Mulet, Head of Benefits in said Provincial Directorate and with a work experience of more than 30 years in said area.

Mulet  began by defining concepts such as temporary disability, contribution base, regulatory base and economic benefit for temporary disability to continue explaining what these benefits are like depending on the type of contingency and the type of contract. It also detailed the payment of the financial benefit for temporary disability in delegated and direct payment, making a specific mention in the case of domestic employees.

At the end of Catalina Ana Mulet's presentation, a question-and-answer session was opened to resolve and clarify doubts raised by those present, after which Mercè García intervened again to close the day.
