Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a CCOO conference on mutual companies collaborating with Social Security

Fraternidad-Muprespa has participated in the conference on Mutual Collaborators with Social Security organized on the 18th by CCOO Madrid. The purpose of the event was to convey the work of these entities and the functions assigned to them by law. 

The doctor José Ignacio Mora, director of the Care Coordination and Temporary Disability Control Center of 

Mora provided numerous data, on the cost of Social Security benefits through ITCC, the monthly incidence by autonomous communities of processes initiated, the average duration of those completed and the waiting times for both surgery and consultations in the Public Health System to later explain the management model for withdrawals from ITCC, specifying the role of the Mutual Insurance Companies, the INSS and the Public Health Services, as well as the regulations by which it is governed. 

He then detailed the power of the Mutual Insurance Companies to act in the common contingency of the worker from the first day, for example by carrying out diagnostic tests or treatments that avoid prolonging the waiting time, with authorization from the patient and the SPS.  

Finally, the doctor detailed the characteristics of the management in diagnoses, appointments, medication... and in general, all the useful information for recovery from your pathology. 

The event also discussed the management of professional contingencies, and prevention officials from entities such as the Tres Cantos City Council, the Municipal Services Company of said Madrid town and the Ikea company participated in the experience table.
