Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a conference of the CEOE of Zaragoza on mental health in the work environment
On September 26, the Human Resources Commission of the CEOE of Zaragoza was held, with the agenda “the promotion of mental health in the work environment”.
On behalf of the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, Dr. José Ignacio Mora, director of the Medical Management Center, participated in the presentations, speaking about the evolution of temporary disability processes due to mental health, as well as the most important diagnoses and the factors that have negative effects on mental health. Likewise, he explained the Mutua's management model, based on patient activation and company activation.
The second intervention was by Santiago Gascón, director of the Devoture Chair of the University of Zaragoza, who presented the project “Health Promoters mental in companies”.
Once the presentations were over, an interesting debate was opened in which HR heads from some of the most important companies in Aragon participated.
