Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a conference on Permanent Disability in Alicante

Fraternidad-Muprespa has participated in the conference on the legal regime of the Permanent Disability, which the Most Excellent Official College of Social Graduates of Alicante carried out on October 25 via streaming.

On this day, the characteristics of the benefit were explained and information was provided as well as practical assumptions to resolve the most frequent doubts in relation to this situation of the worker.

Maria Antonia Oliva, president of the Official College of Social Graduates of Alicante, opened the day by welcoming the attendees and thanking Fraternidad-Muprespa for their collaboration. 

He then gave the floor to Ana Lorenzo, coordinator of the Economic Benefits Department of Fraternidad-Muprespa. Lorenzo, who began his presentation by reviewing the characteristics of temporary disability benefits in terms of deadlines and current regulations. He also addressed the situation of disability in its different terms and degrees, reviewing the evaluation procedure as well as the preparation of files on this matter. 

He also explained the singularities that may occur in the processing of this benefit and finally focused on resolutions for permanent non-disabling injuries, as well as the deadlines established for, in case of disagreement, the parties to file a claim and/or demand.
