Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in a Valencia CGS conference on contingency determination

Fraternidad-Muprespa___ participated in the event last Friday the 26th "___Medical discharge review and determination of contingency", organized by the Excellent College of Graduados Sociales de Valencia and held in mixed face-to-face and online mode.

The day opened Vicente Vercher, dean of the College, who thanked Fraternidad-Muprespa for its participation in this type of training actions and gave way to Jordi de Vicente, Provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Valencia, and Ana Lorenzo, coordinator of the Department of Economic Benefits of the Mutual Fund.

Ana Lorenzo analyzed the problem in question, detailing different temporary disability procedures in relation to current regulations and emphasized the developments of the R.D. 2/2023, of March 16, on urgent measures to expand the rights of pensioners, reduce the gender gap and establish a new sustainability framework for the public pension system, explaining in depth the procedures for challenging registration and determining contingency.

After the presentation, Jordi de Vicente gave way to question time in which doubts were shared and resolved, and then closed the day.
