Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in Castellón in the PosiciÓNate meeting to promote employment

Fraternidad-Muprespa has participated in PosiciÓNate, a meeting held in Castellón with the aim of promoting the employability of people who are developing a career path in their corresponding social entities and who are part of the Castellón Social Responsibility Table.

Xavier Tirado, technical advisor to the Provincial Directorate of Castellón, was presenter of the event and also an interviewer at the IX Employment Networking, which has already obtained great results in job placement in its previous editions, and was a meeting and conciliation space between companies and candidates to exchange experiences and promote the employability of groups at risk of exclusion social.

The event brought together a wide range of entities and companies committed to improving Castellón society through social projects and in collaboration with companies, institutions and social organizations to identify areas of need and develop concrete actions that generate a positive impact on the community.

Numerous people at risk of social exclusion were able to conduct employment interviews with participating companies. They also attended workshops aimed at improving job search skills, taught by representatives of the entities present.
