The consulting company Entelgy and Diario de Navarra organized a conference this Thursday, the 9th, on “Artificial Intelligence in management teams”, a meeting that took place at the headquarters of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Navarra (CEN) and which included the participation of Fraternidad-Muprespa.

José Ignacio Díaz Lucas, Northern Territorial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa, took part in a debate table in which they were also present Maitane Valdecantos (Audens Consultant), Angel Echeverria (Entelgy), and Josean Vizcay (Government of Navarra), and whose moderate was Amaya Bengoechea, of the Navarrese Employment Service.

The challenges of AI, its risks and managerial leadership were the axes of the meeting, in which the speakers commented on the experiences of their respective companies in relation to the integration of AI and the challenges they have had to face in various aspects, such as health, administration, legal and people management.

"Artificial intelligence helps to diagnose, to do it faster and better, but it does not make the decisions. With AI we can see a plaque and detect if there is a fracture in a bone with a 99% accuracy margin. But there always has to be human supervision behind it, there always has to be person”said Díaz Lucas, words with which the rest of the participants agreed, highlighting the need for the presence of human supervision with this tool.
