A good H-Leader is one who focuses on the health of people, their team and their organization, both through what they do and their actions, with consistency and generosity. He knows how to control his own and other people's stress, transforming it into healthy energy, he is transparent and adapts to changes, he is relentless, he does not give up, he is committed and remains on the front line and, finally, he encourages and practices system thinking and collaboration.
