Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the Castellón CSR Roundtable in its III Networking
Fraternidad-Muprespa as a member of the Castellón CSR Board, has participated in its III Networking.
These types of events are organized in order to bring together companies and unemployed people to establish a forum to exchange experiences, promote employment, especially in groups with greater difficulties, detecting the needs of the parties present there.
In this edition there were 20% more companies than on previous occasions, which made it possible for 82 people to interview with 42 human resources representatives from companies in the province. During the meeting, five other companies gave training workshops.
Unemployed people have followed the following itinerary with three job interviews and four training workshops in just five hours. A process where professional attitudes, values and professional profiles are analyzed and exchanged. Attendees are also guided and advised on the labor market: from business creation to digital footprint management.
The long-term unemployed, immigrants, people with disabilities, unemployed young people and people of the Gypsy ethnic group have defended their work capabilities to generate employment opportunities.
Fraternidad-Muprespa from Castellón have been working within the CSR Table and we hope that the number of jobs in this edition exceeds those of other editions.
The Castellón Social Responsibility Roundtable was founded in 2008 and currently brings together around forty large companies, SMEs and micro-businesses, professional associations, public entities and NGOs that work in the province of Castellón.
