Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the event of the Jaén Occupational Risk Prevention Center

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutua Colaboradora con la Seguridad Social, ha participado el jueves 21 de octubre en la jornada técnica online que con el título “ How to implement a Healthy Company model in Organizations”has organized the Jaén Occupational Risk Prevention Center of the Government of Andalusia.

The day was given by Aritz Acebal Ormaza, Prevention and Health Consultant in the provincial direction of Fraternidad-Muprespa Barcelona, who has highlighted the role that organizations can play as drivers of important social changes, through a holistic approach in promoting people's well-being.

To this end, it has proposed a Healthy Company model that helps organizations face different challenges that threaten their sustainability and viability. The aging of the active population, the incidence of psychosocial risks or the management and retention of talent,among others, they are challenges against which a Healthy Company model is effective. Thus, the speaker has provided guidelines for the design and implementation of a Healthy Company intervention plan, from its planning to the evaluation and monitoring of the results obtained.
