Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the I Forum of companies committed to equality in the province of Jaén

On March 9, Fraternidad-Muprespa participated in the “I Forum of companies committed to equality in the province of Jaén”, organized by Somajasa.

The day was presented by Pilar Parra, vice president of the Provincial Council of Jaén, together with the manager of the company Somajasa,Juan Fernandez. Human Resources managers from different companies participated in this day and gave different presentations on the topic.

On behalf of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Eva Ferrero, deputy director of the Center for Human Resources and CSR, gave a presentation on measures applied at the Mutual Fund about the measures adopted in equality and conciliation, as well as the challenges for the future.

On behalf of the Mutua, they also attended  Angel Gilabert, provincial director and Victor Cruz, deputy provincial director of Jaén.
