Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the IX conference of the Campo de Gibraltar Social Laboratory

On November 16, a work session was held at the Millán Picazo Auditorium in the city of Algeciras in which an information day on different topics of Actualidad Laboral was held.

Felix Alberto Vilches, member of the Association's board of directors, served as presenter and moderator of the session.

The first intervention by  Luis Merlo Torres, Prevention technician at Fraternidad-Muprespa, has discussed the new Bonus regulated by the R.D. 231/2017, has exposed the change that the application of that standard entails in regards to the processing and obtaining of this incentive in the prevention of occupational risks.

At the end of this presentation,Jesus More, deputy director of the Mutua's Legal Advice and Services Center, carried out the presentation on the new Law on Urgent Self-Employment Reforms, thereby completing the Mutua's participation in the event.

To end the day,Juan Manuel Casal, current advisor of Cuatrecasas and former head of the Seville Labor Inspection, analyzed before those present the map of bonuses and subsidies for labor contracting, highlighting the most controversial aspects of it.

The event has been well received by attendees as it deals with issues of great interest to professionals in the world of work.
