Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in the XIII Prevention Forum in Gijón
Fraternidad-Muprespa participated on March 15 and 16 in the XIII Prevention Forum “For safety and health at work” organized by the USO union together with the CIP LABORAL of Gijón and the Asturian Institute for Occupational Risk Prevention.
Ivan Fernandez, Mutua's Prevention and Health consultant intervened in the event, warning about the psychosocial risks that can occur if attention is not paid to training and taking care of mental health. He also focused his intervention on learning how to manage uncertainty, respecting sleep and digital disconnection.
Together with Fernández, on behalf of Fraternidad-Muprespa, the Provincial Director of Asturias attended the meeting , Maite Belver, and the director of the Gijón Delegation,Ana Fernandez, who described the day as “very interesting and educational, in which highly relevant companies and institutions contributed to highlighting and disseminating once again the importance of Prevention to reduce workplace accidents.”
The Prevention Chair of the University of Oviedo presented the Guide for the Investigation of Work Accidents in the Em dam and Pilar Eiroa, Director of Security at Dupont, gave the presentation “Beyond Zero”, related to Vision Zero, the global campaign of the International Social Security Association (ISSA) in favor of zero accidents that seeks to promote a preventive culture in organizations and with which Fraternidad Muprespa is aligned in its task of promoting preventive culture.
The closing of the day was carried out by the Director of the Asturian Institute of Occupational Risk Prevention, Miryam Hernandez.
