Fraternidad-Muprespa RECEIVES THE DIGA 5 STAR DISTINCTION IN VITORIA-GASTEIZ
Fraternidad-Muprespa of Vitoria-Gasteiz received on November 16 the SAY 5-star Distinction for accessibility to the healthcare center.
Prior to starting the event, a guided tour of the Vitoria healthcare center was carried out, where all the improvements available at the center in terms of accessibility were highlighted. The guided tour included the presence of a sign language interpreter.
Subsequently, the distinctive plaque was presented by the deputy director of the Shangri-La Foundation,Ignacio Lucini and the deputy mayor of Vitoria-Gasteiz,Itziar Gonzalo, to the deputy general director of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Pedro Serrera, who has shown his gratitude by highlighting that “ Of the 83 Fraternidad-Muprespa centers that have achieved this certification, only the Vitoria-Gasteiz healthcare center has received the 5 stars.”
On behalf of the Vitoria City Council, Itziar Gonzalo has expressed his gratitude for sharing this celebration and for the commitment acquired by our Entity to facilitate access to the entire population.
Ignacio Lucini has highlighted that “ This commitment has had the consequence that compliance with the General Law on the Rights of People with Disabilities (Legislative R.D. 1/2013) has been obtained one year in advance, and that Fraternidad-Muprespa is a pioneer before everyone and before a future that must offer accessibility to all citizens”.
Finally,Alejandro Garcia, general director of the Italian Institute of Marchio Di Quialitá (IMQ), has congratulated the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz “ for being at the forefront in terms of accessibility and to”.
Among the guests was the presence of the provincial director of the INSS Carmelo Rodriguez, the provincial director of the TGSS Amaia Palacios and the president of the College of Social Graduates Andoni Landaluce, who have highlighted the quality of the facilities and service of Fraternidad-Muprespa.
