On behalf of recognized health organizations, he spoke Angel of Benedict, Secretary General of the IDIS Foundation and member of the accreditation audit committee, which closed the event. In his speech he noted that "Initiatives such as the QH Recognition have great value because it is a concept that must be closely linked to patient care: we must always try to improve it. From the IDIS Foundation we have wanted to give visibility to healthcare organizations that increasingly promote a higher degree of patient satisfaction," and added that "this recognition is, without a doubt, a driver of innovation and continuous improvement for healthcare organizations that aspire to provide optimal healthcare service."
