Fraternidad-Muprespa Tarragona holds a conference on the transfer of health data

On Wednesday, November 21, the Provincial management of The day was led by Rafael Domenech, director of the Mutua's Legal Advisory and Services center, who detailed the cases and sections in which Fraternidad-Muprespa is legally authorized to transfer personal data and information related to the health of protected workers. Specifically, cases of data transfer to the company's own prevention service, to a third-party prevention service, to health personnel from other departments or units of the associated company, and to third-party health personnel from other departments or units of the company. 

The meeting made it possible to resolve mutual members' doubts on this issue, for example, who is in charge of data processing, what obligations the Mutual Fund has as the person responsible for having access to said data and how the information collected by technical and health professionals is managed. 

The work session focused on the issue of privacy and how to manage it correctly, analyzing why, how and when said data can be transferred.Xavier Rofas, provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Tarragona, thanked those present for their attendance and participation and closed the information day.
