Fraternidad-Muprespa teaches how to 'sow' preventive culture in a Prevencionar webinar

More than 500 people participated on May 26 in the webinar "Sow Preventive Culture. More x less", organized by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Wellbeing through its Prevencionar platform and taught by Rafael Delgado, Fraternidad-Muprespa Prevention consultant at the Provincial Directorate of Córdoba.

Slim detailed the strategies to optimize the prevention of occupational risks, investing less in material resources and strengthening existing human resources more, in order to develop an authentic preventive culture in companies.

Following the analogy of the title of the presentation, the ORP specialist offered three 'seeds' to sow in companies so that the preventive culture 'germinates':

• Implement a network of welfare agents
• Improve intra and interpersonal communication
• Implement tools Lean Safety

This is a day scheduled for April 28, which had to be postponed due to the blackout that affected the entire peninsula that day, framed within the actions of the X Disease Prevention Week Fraternidad-Muprespa, coinciding with World Day for Safety and Health at Work. The motto of this edition, “If everything is in its place, accidents have no place.”
