Fraternidad-Muprespa will participate in the IV PRL Conference at the SAS on Health, Age and Safety

Of the 4 tables in which the conference will be structured, the director of Prevention and Development of the Culture of Health of the mutual company, Mar Morales González, will participate in TABLE 1: Healthy Work at Every Age, which will be coordinated by Isabel Colmenero Ávila, Loreto Lemus López and Jesús Alcázar de Dios.

This table will address the initiatives for the implementation of an integrated and participatory management model, based on the “life cycle” approach and gender differentiation. Initiatives and tools that make it possible to address the diversity of workers at all ages, and that allow creating healthy and productive workplaces that promote sustainable work throughout their entire working life.

TABLE 2: Certifications. OHSAS

The objective of this table is to show the journey of OHSAS 18001 in the Andalusian Public Health System: SIGPRE - SAS. Present the results, conclusions, benefits obtained and main difficulties encountered after the SIGPRESAS implementation process and after the first Internal Audits. In addition, value proposals for continuous improvement applicable to the different Health Centers of the SAS, analyze the perspectives regarding the future appearance of the ISO 45001 standard and finally assess the possibility of the Integration of the Quality, Environment and Occupational Risk Prevention Systems in the SAS.

TABLE 3: Participation and Consultation

In this table the speakers will address the Participation and Consultation of workers through representative bodies, proposing a strategic vision for the improvement of communication channels, enriching a debate of interest to the entire community related to prevention.

TABLE 4: External Organizations

This table will discuss the importance of the participation and collaboration of agents external to the SAS in Preventive Management, dealing with issues such as professional contingencies, risks during pregnancy, accident control, disabilities, Inspection and Training. As a final objective, it is proposed to seek collaboration criteria between the SAS and the different institutions to improve management in Occupational Risk Prevention.
