In October we celebrated the 52nd edition with the title: "Middle management: the true influencers in preventive culture" in which we had the guest presence of Javier Mota, Health and Safety Manager and expert in Safety Culture and Leadership, who spoke to us about how to generate a solid preventive culture, the fundamental role that middle managers have and why leading in prevention is, in reality, lead with empathy, consistency and purpose.
