In October we celebrated the 52nd edition with the title: "Middle management: the true influencers in preventive culture" in which we have the presence as a guest of Javier Mota, Health and Safety Manager and expert in Safety Culture and Leadership, who spoke to us about how to generate a solid preventive culture, the fundamental role that middle managers have and why leading in prevention is, in reality, leading with empathy, coherence and purpose.
