GAM AND Fraternidad-Muprespa ORGANIZE A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR MANAGEMENT AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security and GAM (General Machinery Rental) multinational company of Spanish origin, specialized in the comprehensive management of machinery and a company associated with the Mutua, have prepared a training program that focuses especially on the preparation of the group of management and middle managers, who represent the union between production, the objectives and purposes of the company, as well as the effective application of the Occupational Risk Prevention Law.

The sessions have been presented by Mr. Orencio Muñoz, director of HR, of GAM, and have been taught by the senior technician in Occupational Risk Prevention of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Asturias,Mr. José Beltrán García.

Identifying the keys to avoiding workplace accidents and opting for safe environments has been the focus of the talks held at the GAM facilities in Meres, Asturias.

The most important points of the aforementioned sessions have been the following:

• Provide essential knowledge and skills to identify and propose efficient solutions in the Prevention of Occupational Risks.
• Provide operational tools and instruments for the development of effective practices in the work environment, avoiding accidents.
• Enhance work performance through a participatory methodology.
