II Conference on Work Accidents in Almería

Almería celebrates on May 4 and 5 the “II Conference on Workplace Accidents”, organized by the Illustrious Associations of Social Graduates and Lawyers of Almería.

The sessions are held under the academic direction of María del Mar Pérez Hernández, head of the Provincial Labor and Social Security Inspection of Almería and Diego Zafra Mata, Magistrate-Judge of the Social Court No. 1 of Almería.

It will have experts in different areas such as Labor and Social Security inspectors, magistrates, lawyers, technicians who will share their experience on topics with special relevance and particularity such as the surcharge on special benefits, presumption of certainty of the facts verified by the Labor Inspection, MCSS coverage of professional contingencies, the investigation of work accident, among others.
