Inserta Empleo, closing Enfoca Talento-D in Asturias, with the presence of Fraternidad-Muprespa
At stake is the defense of women with disabilities, the group with the highest unemployment rate and greatest wage gap.
Inserta Empleo, in collaboration with the Avilés City Council and the co-financing of the European Social Fund and the ONCE Foundation, closed on May 31, in Avilés the project 'Focus Talent-D’, a project to promote the employment of women with disabilities in Avilés and the region.
On the occasion of this closing, several actions have been carried out, among which stands out an inclusive Human Resources experience table, with women responsible for HR from three Asturian companies from different sectors. 17 executives supported by 15 Asturian companies also participated, who acted as mentors and among whom is Ana Fernandez, director of the Fraternidad-Muprespa delegation in Gijón.
The closing ceremony included the interventions of Manuel Angel Campa, councilor responsible for the area of Economic and City Promotion;Virginia Carcedo, general director of Inserta Empleo and Beatriz Avila, regional director of Inserta in Asturias, who has highlighted the commitment of Fraternidad-Muprespa, as the only participating company that is part of the inserta forum.
