IX FSL Occupational Health and Safety Awards: Natalia Fdez. Laviada collects the Extraordinary Award
Natalia Fernández Laviada, deputy general director of Prevention, Quality and Communication of Fraternidad‑Muprespa, has been awarded in the IX Occupational Health and Safety Awards, organized by “Occupational Safety Training”,technical and independent magazine specialized in occupational risk prevention and occupational health and safety.
Specifically, the Extraordinary Jury Prize is awarded, according to the rules of the call, to “ "the person who has stood out the most for his or her meritorious actions or for extraordinary work in favor of the development of the different activities that make up the occupational risk prevention and occupational health sector."

Likewise, he highlighted that “In a context marked globally by uncertainty and complexity, working on corporate well-being is essential to achieving the psychological security necessary in any organization.”, underlining the singularity that makes prevention unique: “When it works well, it appears invisible. It does not generate headlines or occupy front pages, but its impact is clearly visible on people, companies and society.”.
The directive stressed that, to be successful, prevention cannot walk alone, “I have the privilege of adding it with communication to raise awareness; with quality, to provide continuous improvement; and, above all, with purpose, truth and commitment of the entire team, which is the only thing that generates trust”, he assured.

In this edition, Prolians Metalco, Ejendals and Sanitas have also been recognized, in the category of best PPE, Product or Solution; BSH Appliances, Research Award; SOSMontaña National Association, Training Award; Importaco, Occupational Safety Management Award; and AESPLA, Award for the outstanding organization, entity, company or institution in occupational risk prevention.
