Legislative developments of Royal Decree Law 8/2015 being studied at Fraternidad-Muprespa in Madrid
Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutua colaboradora con la Seguridad Social ha celebrado el 14 de diciembre en sus instalaciones de la dirección provincial de Madrid, sitas en la calle José Abascal, 50 una sesión informativa sobre las novedades legislativas del R.D. Law 8/2015.
Eva Martin, Deputy Provincial Director, was in charge of opening the day by first welcoming the attendees, representatives of the following mutual companies:CLH, Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales, Repsol, Enaire, Adif and Racmo Gestión España.
After the presentation,Almudena Vilas, a member of the benefits team of the provincial directorate of Madrid, has explained in detail the powers of article 170 “Powers over temporary disability processes” and article 174 “Extinction of the right to subsidy”, of the aforementioned R.D. Law 8/2015.
To conclude this informative meeting, a question and answer session was opened, in which doubts that generated a participatory and clarifying debate were resolved.
