Legislative developments of Royal Decree Law 8/2015 under debate at Fraternidad-Muprespa in Madrid

XPROTXe99 f2c79 Law 8/2015 approving the consolidated text of the General Security Law, has been introduced.

Eva Martin, Deputy Provincial Director, was in charge of opening the day by first welcoming the attendees, representatives of the following mutual companies:Trade Union Confederation of Workers Commissions,IBM y Connectis Group.

Subsequently, he took the floor Vincent de Paul Mozo, member of the benefits team of the provincial management of Madrid, who has explained in detail the powers of article 170 “Powers over temporary disability processes” and article 174 “Extinction of the right to subsidy”, of the aforementioned R.D. Law 8/2015.

To conclude this informative meeting, those present have presented, in addition to the doubts that have arisen, specific issues such as IT processes, the termination of the right to the subsidy and the withdrawal processes following an INSS resolution.
