León hosts a day on occupational road safety with virtual reality equipment
This Monday, December 10, the Provincial management of Fraternidad-Muprespa in León organized a road safety workshop with the immersive virtual reality team. Those in charge of giving the workshop were the Occupational Risk Prevention technicians from León,Victor Fernandez, and in Asturias,Ivan Fernandez, which described the implicit risks to road safety, their prevention, consequences and good habits when driving vehicles.
Immersive reality equipment allows, in a practical, enjoyable and safe way, to simulate driving in adverse conditions, such as when there is fog or snow, or when glare occurs. The workshop seeks to make participants aware of the risks and responsibility that must be assumed when carrying out a task as common as driving a vehicle.
Through this event, in which attendees participated very actively, an awareness of responsibility in relation to road safety has been generated.
