Lugo: "Absenteeism, how to improve it?"

On March 15, a new information meeting was held at the Mutua center in Lugo, under the title "Absenteeism, how to improve it?" It has brought together a varied number of representatives of mutual companies in the area and from different sectors, since the chosen topic is of common interest for all of them.

Jose Luis Sanchez, provincial director of the Mutua in Lugo, has been commissioned to make the presentation. In it he highlighted the activities that the Mutual Fund is carrying out, in order to improve absenteeism, all focused on helping and cooperating with our mutual members to design and implement Absenteeism Management Plans.

After the intervention, in a round table format, a turn of interesting and participatory debate was opened, in which all attendees contributed their opinion or experience on the topic discussed.
