March 26: World Climate Day
Every March 26 we celebrate more than a day on the calendar, we celebrate World Climate Day, declared in the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change in 1992, to raise awareness and sensitize people about its importance and influence, as well as the impact of climate change on man, thus making clear Fraternidad-Muprespa's commitment to the planet and the fight against change climate.
Faced with this challenge, every small action counts, that is why we have prepared a list of action proposals to care for the climate:
- Leave the ecological trail behind: instead of driving it is a good idea to encourage yourself to go by bike or walk. In addition to reducing emissions, you exercise and enjoy fresh air.
- Challenge eco-personal limits by introducing small changes to our lifestyle, such as reducing plastic consumption or supporting sustainable brands.
- Create a storm of consciousness, using social networks to share green tips, sustainable lifestyle challenges and motivate others to join the fight for a greener future.
- Dare to be an eco-innovator, finding creative ways to reuse materials, from turning containers into flower pots to transforming old clothes into works of art.
- Join Earth Hour, the symbolic gesture of turning off the lights on buildings and monuments to draw attention to the need to take care of the planet, which was commemorated this past Saturday. Every day you can have your Earth Hour by making responsible energy consumption.
This call for climate action has to do with the renewal of the certificates of the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards for environmental management systems by AENOR. These certifications position us as an entity committed to the environment, positively reinforcing our image before clients, suppliers and society in general.
The UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 certification refers to quality management systems for the administrative management activities of services associated with the coverage of professional contingencies and common contingencies of the associated patient, while the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 certification, an environmental standard par excellence, has become the central axis of environmental management and one of the essential tools for integrating the environment into the global management of our entity.
Remember, every action, big or small, in your home or in your company, counts in this battle for our planet. Together, as true eco-warriors, we can protect and preserve this beautiful place we call home.
