New benefits Cessation of Activity RDL 30/2020, more than 6,000 requests in 4 days
The Government approved on September 29, Royal Decree-Law 30/2020, on social measures in defense of employment, in favor of the self-employed workers most affected by the consequences of the COVID-19 crisis.
Fraternidad-Muprespa in its Digital Evolution project it enables its mutual members to carry out the greatest number of their transactions online, without traveling, through the Digital Office.
Within the Digital Office and the Web portal, the application forms and contents for the new benefits for self-employed workers have already been incorporated.
In less than four days we have already received more than 6,000 requests, which we are processing with maximum speed.
Based on the legislative text, the new measures are the following:
- Article 13.1 RDL 30/2020: extraordinary benefit for cessation of activity for self-employed persons affected by a temporary suspension of activity as a consequence of a resolution by the competent authority as a measure to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
- Article 13.2 RDL 30/2020: extraordinary cessation of activity benefit for self-employed workers who do not have a need to access either the ordinary cessation of activity benefit, or a cessation benefit compatible with self-employment.
- Article 14 RDL 30/2020: extraordinary cessation of activity benefit for workers of season from June to December.
- D.A. 4th RDL 30/2020: benefit for cessation of activity compatible with work at own expense and extension of benefits already caused under art. 9 RDL 24/2020.
Fraternidad-Muprespa, as a Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, is entrusted among its functions with the management and payment of all new benefits due to Cessation of Activity of the group of self-employed workers caused by the pandemic.
