New mobile application for patients from Fraternidad-Muprespa

Fraternidad-Muprespa has made available to its protected workers,My Frater Patient, an application for mobile devices, both tablets and smartphones on the iOS and Android platforms, that covers all the functionality already offered by its Patient Portal.

In this way, the information services offered by Fraternidad-Muprespa are accessible to an increasing group of protected workers. Fraternidad-Muprespa continues to advance its digital transformation strategy.

My Frater Patient It can be downloaded from the Google Play and Apple Store application stores, free of charge. This App works on Apple devices (iPad and iPhone) and Android tablets and smartphones.

The main functionalities offered to our patients are: consultation of care processes, consultation appointments, diagnostic tests, rehabilitative treatments that have been prescribed and prescribed medication.My Frater Patient It also allows you to consult all the medical leave that the patient has had.

One of the most interesting capabilities of My Frater Patient is the visualization of the medical images of the diagnostic tests performed, such as x-rays. Likewise, the App allows access to the analytics, which can be downloaded in PDF format.
The option “Network of centers” It has a powerful tool that allows you to locate the location of the nearest Fraternidad-Muprespa assistance and administrative center.

Access to the private area of ​​the App is available to all patients who already have access to the Fraternidad-Muprespa Patient Portal. The access data (username and password) are the same as those used to access the Patient Portal, and can be obtained after registration at any of the Mutua centers.
