The improvements included in the PAT2003 application are the following:
Adaptation of the new NIE format, with a valid NIE format being those whose identifying letter is X, Y or Z.
Adaptation of the new CIF format in which the letters J, R, U, V and W are included for the new format in addition to the letters supported in previous versions.
