This Tuesday, November 13, the Things Matter event, organized by Telefónica, was held at the headquarters of the Motor&Sport Institute, in Madrid. It has focused on the Internet of Things (IoT), new connectivity technologies, the state of artificial intelligence (AI), process efficiency, and big data solutions. The event has been inaugurated by María Jesús Almazor, CEO of Telefónica Spain, and has had the participation of experts in the field and clients with relevant projects.

Fraternidad-Muprespa has presented its energy efficiency strategy, a project in which IoT technologies have been used. The exhibition was carried out by Pedro Serrera, deputy director general of Information Systems and Services, exposing the two main characteristics of the new Hospital Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana in Madrid: environmental sustainability, through achieving the LEED certificate (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), and the benefits that the digital world offers to professionals, patients and families.
