Conference on the transfer of health data at the Provincial Directorate of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Zaragoza

On Tuesday, November 20, the Provincial Directorate of 

Eva Ramon, Provincial director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in Zaragoza, presented the event and thanked the attendees for their presence. The presentation of the topic was given by Rafael Domenech, director of the Mutual Advisory and Legal Services Center. Domenech detailed the cases in which Fraternidad-Muprespa is legally authorized to transfer personal data information and data related to the health of protected workers. 

These cases include the transfer of data to the company's own prevention service, to a third-party prevention service, to health personnel from other departments or units of the associated company, and to third-party health personnel from other departments or units of the company. After the presentation, there was a time for debate and question time from the attendees.
