Conference in A Coruña on the assessment of occupational risk during pregnancy

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, participated last Friday, May 10, in a technical conference organized by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health of Galicia, on updating the help guide for assessing occupational risk during pregnancy. With the participation of more than a hundred people, the event was carried out with the collaboration of the Galician Association for the Prevention of Occupational Risks. 

The doctor intervened  Fernando Mena, Deputy Director of the Temporary Disability Assistance and Control Coordination Center of Fraternidad-Muprespa, who presented the methodological process of preparing the guide, as well as the main variations produced as a consequence of the legislative update. Subsequently, a discussion took place with social and business representatives in which doubts were clarified and the procedure for requesting occupational risk benefits during pregnancy was detailed.
