Fraternidad-Muprespa Madrid participates in the XIII Congress of Actualidad Laboral

Participation of Fraternidad-Muprespa in the XIII Congress of Actualidad Laboral organized by the Hon. Official College of Social Graduates of Madrid. On December 10 and 11, the event took place in the Banco Sabadell auditorium, and on December 13 in the Assembly Hall of the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid (TSJM).

This edition has featured 14 presentations and debate tables, represented by 22 speakers and participants, with the aim of listening to the most authoritative voices and seeking maximum plurality according to the proposed topics.

It also described the necessary instruments for the development of an equality plan as well as the commitment of senior management in negotiating with the representation of workers through an equality commission, and the importance of having an initial diagnosis.

It conveyed our starting situation, outstanding actions carried out as well as the results obtained from applying said plans. Finally, he explained the challenges that the Mutua faces at the current time, such as digital disconnection, adaptation of the working day and time registration.
