Dr. Fabregat, manager of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Habana Hospital, receives the “Best in PR” award
Doctor José Fabregat, managing director of the Fraternidad-Muprespa Havana Hospital, has recently received the “Best in PR” award from Pedro Aparicio, editor of prnoticias.com, for the best anti-Covid study. The delivery took place in the assembly hall of the Mutual Collaborator with Social Security, located in the aforementioned hospital.
This recognition has been granted to him for his work as a specialist in hyperbaric medicine, and his work in this field to treat Covid patients, before his incorporation as head of the Mutua hospital, last July. In his speech, after receiving the award, Fabregat pointed out the importance of increasing the visibility of hyperbaric medicine. "It is not an alternative medicine, it is not an experimental treatment, it is not something new, it is something that has been around for a long time, which is well established in many countries around the world and in fact in Spain it is in the catalog of public health services." For this reason, he called on health and political authorities and large hospital groups, "to use hyperbaric medicine as another weapon in the therapeutic arsenal to treat many diseases, given that the results and safety of this therapy have been demonstrated."
“The best in PR” is a recognition that has recently been received, among others, by Isabel Díaz Ayuso, president of the Community of Madrid, for her management of the Covid-19 crisis, Begoña Villacís, vice mayor of Madrid, for supporting the most vulnerable business owners during the pandemic, and Juan Abarca Cidón, president of HM Hospitales, for his publications on Linkedin during the pandemic to report on the situation that was being experienced.
