Fraternidad-Muprespa and the Official College of Pharmacists of Madrid sign a collaboration agreement

Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutual Collaborator with Social Security and the Official College of Pharmacists of Madrid (COFM) have signed a collaboration agreement so that All pharmacies in the Community of Madrid can dispense medicines and health products, prescribed by the Mutual's doctors in favor of the workers of their mutual companies and/or affiliated self-employed workers.

The recipes will be issued on the official forms prepared for this purpose by Fraternidad-Muprespa and They will be exempt from contributions for affiliated workers and self-employed workers., provided that the prescribed medications and health products are intended for treatments derived from professional contingencies.

The agreement signed by the president of the College of Pharmacists of Madrid (COFM),Luis J. González and the deputy general director of Management of Fraternidad-Muprespa,Esteban Mate It also stipulates the billing procedure for prescriptions charged to the Mutual Fund, as well as the payment terms to the College. Likewise, both entities are committed to guaranteeing the security of the personal data of the patients for whom the prescriptions are dispensed, the file whose owner is Fraternidad-Muprespa. The COFM must maintain professional secrecy regarding the personal data to which it has access due to this agreement.

This agreement is added to those already signed previously between Mutua and the Official Colleges of Pharmacists of Castilla-La Mancha, Álava, Barcelona and Valencia.
