The congress brings together representatives from different continents, in order to unravel and debate the concepts of occupational health, ergonomic risk prevention, work performance, and its implications.

- 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. "Round table: Ergonomics, crisis and NT: New paradigm?" participates Mª Eugenia Juliet Colotto, c Prevention consultant of the Barcelona delegation.
- 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. "Round table: Psychosocial risks and employment with a gender perspective" moderates the table Ana Fernández Castro, director of the Delegation in Gijón.
