Fraternidad-Muprespa, Mutua Collaborator with Social Security No. 275, participated on February 16 in the event on line Legislative news: Domestic worker and Disability Temporary organized by the College of Social Graduates of Murcia.

José Ruiz Sánchez___, president of the College, presented the day and the speakers and thanked the almost 150 attendees for their participation.

In the first part of the day Fermín Gallego Moya and José Marín Marín, lawyers and professors at the University of Murcia, analyzed the extinguishing framework of domestic employment after RDL 16/2022.

Next, Alejandro López-Briones, provincial director of the Mutua in Murcia and Ana Lorenzo Cárdenes, coordinator of Economic Benefits of the Mutua, focused on Disability Temporary: challenging medical discharge and legislative developments, presenting the protection system for workers in a situation of temporary incapacity and differentiating the deadlines, situations, stages and those responsible, highlighting the most important singularities. The presentation continued specifying the different ways to challenge the medical discharge, pointing out the administrative or legal legal support necessary to initiate the different procedures. Finally, the latest legislative developments contained in RD 1060/2022 and ISM Order 2/2023 were broken down, modifying RD 625/2014, which regulates certain aspects of the management and control of processes due to temporary incapacity in the first three hundred and sixty-five days of its duration, which directly affect the exchange of data between mutual societies and employing companies.
