Eduardo Castro, director of the Economic Benefits Department of Fraternidad-Muprespa, illustrates with three pills the key aspects of the latest legislative developments contained in:

  • Royal Decree 1060/2022 of December 27 and ISM Order 2/2023 of January 11. This video tells us about the modification of management and control aspects of the Temporary Disability processes, focusing on the elimination of the worker's obligation to deliver medical leave reports to their company when they are temporarily unable to carry out their work activity.

  • Organic Law 1/2023 of February 28, which modifies Organic Law 2/2010, of March 3, on sexual and reproductive health and voluntary interruption of pregnancy. In this video Eduardo develops the new situations determining Temporary Disability due to a common contingency: the ITCC due to secondary disabling menstruation, the ITCC due to termination of pregnancy and the ITCC due to pregnancy from the first day of week 39.

  • Royal Decree-Law 2/2023 of March 16, on urgent measures to expand the rights of pensioners, reduce the gender gap and establish a new sustainability framework for the public pension system. In this video we find the explanation of the regulatory change that concerns the extension of the delegated payment period after 365 days, the effects of the INSS resolutions, the deficiencies in part-time contracts, how to calculate the IT Regulatory Base in fixed-discontinuous contracts, and the changes in the CUME benefit, among other aspects.
