Protected workers who receive assistance at Fraternidad-Muprespa have a tool that has been at their disposal for seven years and that provides abundant and valuable information about their process: the My Frater Patient app.

Thanks to this development that the mutual society launched in 2016, you can receive information instantly, both about the medical process and what derives from it, for example, access to the corresponding benefits.

In constant evolution to include new functionalities, the app offers numerous advantages, which can be seen in detail through this video, a tour of what happens when a protected worker suffers a work accident or suffers from an occupational disease and how My Frater Patient serves as an 'assistant' at multiple points in the process.

For example, the app gives access to information about the network of centers of Fraternidad-Muprespa and also the option to select date and time for the consultation. Once the query has been made, it already records data as important as the medication prescribed, the diagnostic tests necessary or the dates of the future reviews, all of this, locatable in a simple and intuitive way. 

Through push messages, the app expands the new information available to us, such as information doctors, test results or the lower part, if applicable. 
So that, when treated, the medical services have all the possible information about the health status of each patient, the app has a questionnaire where to offer additional data, in addition to a space to upload files of medical processes obtained in the past. 

In the medical field, the benefits provided by the app do not end with medical discharge: those who have suffered a trauma injury are offered mobility exercise guides, and for mild psychiatric pathology processes, mindfulness or stress management workshops are available, among others.

Another interesting utility is that the application offers the patient location in the healthcare center, that is, the “digital” notice that you have arrived and can be called for consultation automatically. 

If the protected worker has a recognized economic benefit, the app allows consultation of it, of the direct payments and of his personal income tax certificate.
