World Day for Safety and Health at Work

Next Sunday, April 28, HTMLTAG2___World Day for Safety and Health at Work, is commemorated around the world, as every year, focusing on a timely topic related to occupational safety and health, an initiative that since 2003 aims to promote the prevention of work accidents and diseases professionals.

This year, the theme chosen by the ILO focuses on exploring the impacts of climate change on safety and health at work. Changing weather patterns have significant impacts on the world of work, particularly affecting the safety and health of workers. Examples of occupational risks exacerbated by climate change include heat stress, UV radiation, air pollution, serious industrial accidents, extreme weather events, increases in vector-borne diseases, and increased exposure to agrochemicals.

On Fraternidad-Muprespa around this day, we organize our IX Prevention Week with the motto:"Safe work your first goal" for raise awareness among associated companies so that they can reduce their workplace accidents through cultural change in organizations. To this end, we have carried out numerous preventive actions based on the premise that to reduce accidents, integrate prevention or generate a preventive culture in our companies, it is key to have clear objectives that channel the efforts of the entire team.

ACTIONS OF THE IX PREVENTION WEEK
