  • Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum, category “Walking towards well-being”, for its ‘Healthy Thyssen’ wellness program based on the promotion of healthy eating, physical activity programs and well-being care, generating a new culture of flexible work. 
  • Siderúrgica Balboa, category “Talking about Prevention”, for using a direct, didactic and entertaining way to make occupational risks visible.
  • Kaefer Servicios Industriales, “We Feel Prevention” category, for the development of an ergonomic health program that, through devices and avatars, evaluates harmful or inappropriate postures and has reduced incorrect movements by up to 25%.

José María García Tomás, president of the Awards jury, and HR director of Real Madrid, was in charge of presenting the extraordinary awards. The award for professional excellence went to Manel Bestratén, in recognition of his decades of dedication to occupational safety, health and well-being from the National Institute of Safety and Health at Work, and the Extraordinary Award to the Entity or Body committed to the prevention of occupational risks, which has gone to the International Labor Organization, ILO, for its commitment to the dissemination and promotion of the prevention of occupational risks. Its director in Spain, Félix Peinado, was in charge of collecting the award.
