Fraternidad-Muprespa participates in Palma de Mallorca in a conference on the legal regime of IP

The Il·lustre Col·legi Official de Graduats Socials de les Illes Balears hosted this Monday the conference “The legal regime of Permanent Disability” carried out in collaboration with the Fundació de Graduats Socials de les Illes Balears and Fraternidad-Muprespa, a mutual collaborator with Social Security.

The president of the College, Mercè García Millán, presented the jornament, held in mixed mode, in person and online, emphasizing the importance of training to keep knowledge updated, and the relevance of being able to approach it from different points of view to form a global vision, useful and necessary to adequately serve the different types of clients they encounter daily in their offices.

Next, Marian Sbert, Provincial Director of Fraternidad-Muprespa in the Balearic Islands, addressed a few words of gratitude to the entity and the attendees and introduced the speaker,Ana Lorenzo, cLegal Technical Coordinator of the Mutual Economic Benefits Department.

The presentation was developed in a dynamic manner, focusing on aspects such as the applicable regulations, the definition of permanent disability, its characteristics and degrees, administrative and judicial procedures, the adaptation of the job after the recognition of disability and non-disabling permanent injuries.

The topic raised raised numerous questions both from the attendees present in the room and from those who followed itan via streaming, which generated a dynamic debate of interest, after which Mercè García closed the day.
