Maintaining a healthy and productive work environment is essential to the success of any company. Addictions pose a threat that can seriously impact employee health, workplace safety, and overall productivity.
According to the ILO, between 15 and 30% of workplace accidents occur to workers who are under the influence of alcohol and other drugs. Furthermore, there are currently new types of addictions, derived from the use of new technologies.
Human capital is the most important asset that companies have. Promoting awareness about preventive policies is essential, as is knowing how to detect and confront addiction situations.
This day is designed to raise awareness about the importance of identifying, preventing and treating the problem of addictions. Therefore, we will explore effective strategies to create a work environment free of them.
