The theme of World Quality Day 2024 is “ Quality: from compliance to excellence”.

This theme emphasizes the transition from merely meeting regulatory requirements (compliance) to the pursuit of excellence and high performance in quality management.

A company can have a quality management system implemented and certified, but, in addition to complying with quality standards that guarantee its processes, products and services, it must be innovative to guarantee its survival.

Fraternidad-Muprespa celebrates 20 years of betting on quality and since 2012 it has implemented an innovation process where there is:

• A channel for all workers to make their proposals
• A Committee of experts that proposes and studies any scientific initiative whose purpose is to improve the quality of patient care.
